Human Resource Management (HRM) wird als Studienfach oder -modul an Hochschulen immer beliebter. Das hat vielerlei Gründe. Zum einen ist HRM sehr vielseitig, sodass unterschiedliche Interessen im beruflichen Alltag bedient werden können. So unterscheidet sich die Tätigkeit eines Personalers massiv, je nachdem, ob er etwa ein HR Controller oder ein Recruiter ist. Personalbeschaffung, -entwicklung, -controlling, Organisationsentwicklung, Arbeitsrecht, Projektmanagement, Gamifizierung, Employer Branding, Personalmarketing, Entgeltabrechnung, Zeitwirtschaft, Führungskräfteberatung, Mitarbeiterbetreuung, strategisches Personalmanagement und die Unternehmenskultur sind nur einige Aspekte, die HRM ausmachen.
