This volume contains a complete discussion of German regulations pertaining to consumer loan agreements and comparable forms of credit in the wake of the integration of the Consumer Credit Act into the German Civil Code. Following a discussion of the changes that have resulted in relation to older versions of the law, the volume discusses the German Supreme Court decisions that have been handed down since the publication of the volume's 13th revised edition in 2001.
