Dieser Band bietet Informationsspezialisten eine aktuelle Einführung in den Umgang mit Informationsressourcen. Neben den theoretischen Grundlagen werden ca. 400 allgemeine und fachspezifische Informationsressourcen ausgewählt und deren Inhalte, Funktionen und Bedeutung beschrieben. Damit wird ein Grundwissen zu Informationsressourcen vermittelt, das direkt in der Praxis einsetzbar ist.
