Weiss, M.D., M.P.H. is an attending physician at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York, and at the Bronx Municipal Hospital, where he also serves as a consulting physician in parasitology and tropical medicine. James J. Becnel, Ph.D , is Lead Scientist and Research Entomologist with the USDA-ARS in Gainesville, Florida.
