Part 1 Essential trace elements: iodine; zinc; selenium; copper; molybdenum; chromium. Part 2 trace elements that are probably essential: manganese; silicon; nickel; boron; vanadium. Part 3 Potentially toxic elements, some possibly with essential functions: flouride; lead; cadmium and mercury; arsenic; aluminium; lithium. Part 4 Conduct and interpretation of trace-elements investigations: analytical methodology; assessment of dietary intakes of trace elements; detection and anticipation of the risks of development of trace element related disorders.
